Optimizing Collective Impact: Innovations in University and Community Partnerships Event- Long Beach

At this amazing event taking place at CSULB, I was able to volunteer as a greeter and note taker at an impactful event.

Opportunities

I was given the opportunity to greet influential speakers as well as very respected educators and scholars. I was also given the task to escort them to their designated tables. Once the event begun I was able to interact with those around me while I took notes, using skills i had developed though school.

Impact

I was not only given the task on greeting and taking notes, but I was given the amazing opportunity of being part of ana amazing event in where I was inspired and motivated to see striving for greater opportunities. I was also able to network and give my name to the influential people there whom shared the same ideas and values as I did.
